Unwanted Goods

Global-Ink is to provide easy, efficient and economical service to our customers who are in search of printer toners and ink cartridges as well as other printer consumables. Nevertheless, we are also mindful that we deal with technology, we offer these terms in respect of returns, replacement and refunds for our products for your peace of mind and happiness. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee scheme that means that if you are not satisfied with any product you buy from us, you are entitled to return it (without giving a reason if you wish) within 30 days after receipt of your order, provided they are unused, unopened and kept in original packaging including their documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. However, postage and insurance are not refundable. If you are returning any goods with no fault of us, you have to make arrangements for shipping the products to us at your cost. On successful receipt of the returned goods, we will refund the full amount within 8 working days. Customers returning items can only be refunded by EFT Bank Transfer, as stipulated by the banking laws of South Africa. If we are collecting the goods on your behalf then we reserve the rights to deduct the cost of collection from your refund. For your complete satisfaction, we offer a full refund or replacement on any unwanted orders placed on our website.

Faulty Goods

Faulty goods are a rarity at us because quality and customer service are just as important to us as low prices. However, we are human and so… You can return faulty goods for an exchange at any time throughout the life of your cartridge. We will exchange and return it to you alternatively, if you prefer, you can stipulate that you require a full refund. In order to return an ink or toner cartridge to receive a replacement, the cartridge must be at least 50% full. Sometimes the problems you are experiencing may not be with the product you purchased. For example if it’s a print quality issue it could be a problem caused by either the drum, fuser, toner cartridge or another component in your printer. Prior to contacting us we would always advise in the first instance you refer to your printer manual as sometimes the problem can be easily resolved by things like simply running your printer through the cleaning process.
